On Monday, 19 November 2012 I began my 12WBT Odyssey and all I can think about is food and exercise.

I really feel compelled to blog, I guess knowing that having made a 12 week commitment to the 12WBT, I can also commit to 12 weeks of blogging; something I have sometimes missed immensely, thought about often and dreamt of returning to.
So, this could be a nice little foray back into blogging.

In the past I mostly have blogged about our trips and a bit about life in general.

This blog will be mostly about my 12WBT with lots of life thrown in, because for 12 weeks the
12WBT will most probably ‘be‘ my life 🙂
